Rebecca Gayheart seemed smitten as she stepped out with Hard Rock founder Peter Morton in Los Angeles Monday.
The 52-year-old, who shares her two daughters with ex Eric Dane, 50, looked casually chic as she walked hand-in-hand on the romantic date with the 76-year-old entrepreneur.
The Grey Lady actress stepped out in a pair of cream colored jeans and an orange V-neck sweater for a romantic dinner at Matsuhisa in West Hollywood.
She placed a cream toned jacket around her shoulders in the cool evening air.
The G.B.F. star kept her footwear simple, wearing white Converse sneakers.

She accessorized with a thick gold necklace, gold earrings and a wide gold bracelet.
The Scarlett star's blonde hair was styled in a high ponytail and she appeared to be wearing natural looking makeup.
Rebecca carried a brown hobo style purse.
Her companion Peter looked relaxed in a pair of dark pants and a V-neck seater with a white collared shirt.
He wore dark lace-up shoes with white soles.
It's unclear how long the two have been involved.
Rebecca and the restaurant mogul were seen on what appeared to be a double date with Claudia Schiffer and husband Matthew Vaughn, when they were visiting Los Angeles in early April.
The Vanished star has been single for several years after splitting from Eric Dane in 2018.
