The former X Factor winner said that his early arrival was unexpected and that she and Alex had only just set up the nursery the day before she gave birth.
Perrie revealed Axel's name two weeks after his birth.

Alex shared the same sweet images on his own social media page, alongside a caption which read: 'Welcome to the world little one'.
