Dricus du Plessis downed a pint of beer in seconds as the UFC star continues to enjoy the spoils of victory after defeating Israel Adesanya.
After winning the middleweight title against Sean Strickland in January, the South African returned to the Octagon on Saturday to take on the man Strickland had shockingly dethroned in September.
In front of a sold-out crowd at the RAC Arena in Perth, entered to a chorus of boos against the Anzac favourite and two-time former titleholder.
The pair both enjoyed moments of success in the early going, before Du Plessis pressed the action in the championship rounds, hurting Adesanya with multiple clubbing blows before sinking in a choke to secure victory in the fourth.
The former bitter rivals embraced after the clash with Du Plessis offering a biting response to his critics post-fight.

30-year-old scored a fourth-round submission against the two-time UFC champion in Perth
A laughing Du Plessis gloated: 'Every one of you guys that said I'm not ready, haha. I made you look like dumb***es.'
After retaining his title the 30-year-old shared a video to his Instagram inviting fans to join him at his after-party whilst cradling a drink.
Clearly starting as he meant to go on Du Plessis could later be seen be seen downing an entire pint of beer in less than three seconds in a video shared on social media.
After flexing his accomplishment to the camera the South African is then handed another drink and a cigar as the celebrations continued.
Following the clash, two-weight world champion Alex Pereira indicated he is prepared to return to the 185lbs weight class to take on Du Plessis.
Du Plessis claimed he would be interested in taking on the Brazilian, but that he would rather the fight take place at light heavyweight after a rematch with Strickland to avoid any 'excuses' from Pereira's team.
'I honestly don't think Alex Pereira should drop down to 185,' Du Plessis said. 'If he wants to? Great. Perfect. But then we're going to hear the excuses.
'I saw Izzy stiff that man in the (second) round. I felt Izzy's punching power. Izzy has great timing. He's fast, he's long and he has great combinations, but I felt the power.
Du Plessis holds a perfect 8-0 record in the UFC since signing with the promotion in 2020

'If Izzy stiffens you like that, you do not want to be there in with me—especially not when you're going to come with the excuse of, "I cut too much weight."
'Let me handle my business, you handle your business. You don't have to cut the weight to have some sort of excuse. I'll come up after the Strickland fight. I'll come up to 205 and we'll sort it out there.'
