A Londoner claims to have racked up £30,000 of ULEZ fines simply for driving his son to school.
The man was filmed proudly showing off dozens of letters supposedly carrying correspondence from Transport for London (TfL) demanding he pay up for allegedly breaking the rules of the hated scheme.
The defiant motorist insists he will 'never pay' the the charges, which were extended by London Mayor Sadiq Khan to cover outer London last year, and is seen laying out the letters on the bonnet of his van.
When asked by the cameraman how he received so many fines, the man responds 'I take my kid to school every day in the morning'.
Footage of the encounter was taken at an anti-ULEZ protest n Feltham, west London, on Sunday before being shared online the following day.

The man, wearing sunglasses and a newsboy cap, smiles as he replies: '£30,000.'
The cameraman continues: '£30,000 worth, this is what they think Mr [Sadiq] Khan, look at this.
'He's brought a pile here folks, he's laying them out on the bonnet of his van for display, ain't paying, no way.'

'Khan's talking about green planet, wonder how many trees he's cut down, how many people have got a pile of letters like that at their house folks?'
Ranting, the cameraman continues: 'Do you know what I mean?

He turns to film an anti-ULEZ protest which saw a number of cars and a large group of people gather in a public park to protest the ULEZ initiative.
He then goes on to finish his rant turning the camera back to the pile of letters and exclaiming: '£30,000 worth, an absolute joke.'

The clip has since gained over 9,500 likes and more than 620 comments from users stunned at the massive bill the bloke has racked up.
One user said: 'Cheaper to buy a ULEZ compliant van.'
Another added: 'They'll send debt collectors, going to be problems for ages.'
A third commented: 'The more people that refuse to pay the better, they cancelled ULEZ in Birmingham because people refused to pay so it does work.'
Another suggested: 'He won't be able to get a contract phone when they are finished with him. That will cost him so much grief the rest of his life.
'Agree, no ULEZ. But you need to be smarter than that.'
There has been a wave of anger since Sadiq Khan expanded the ULEZ scheme to include outer London last year.
The strength of feeling has been so great that some people have even taken to vandalising enforcement cameras by vandalising them or cutting them down.
Under the rules of the ULEZ, the owner of any vehicle that does not reach environmental standards must pay £12.50 a day to use it within almost the entirety of London.
People who refuse to pay for their journey will receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) of £180, which is then increased to £270 after 28 days.
Those who still refuse to pay face having the bailiffs being sent after them.
A TfL spokesperson said: 'We are aware of this case and are following our normal enforcement processes.'
