Apple just introduced a fifth beta of iOS 13 to the general public. All the really significant new features appeared in earlier betas, but this one does have a nice tweak: switching to Dark Mode takes only pushing a button.
Apple also released the closely-related iPadOS 13 Public beta 5, as did tvOS 13.
Dark Mode is a highlight of iOS 13, making using an iPhone in the evening easier on the eyes. Earlier public betas required this to be turned on from Settings, but now a toggle switch can be added to the Control Center to put the iPhone into Dark Mode. In addition, a Siri command can turn on this mode.
This change is also included in iOS 13 Public beta 5. Despite the name change, these two are quite similar, aside from their support for different screen sizes.
iOS 13 and iPad OS 13 bring a Swype-like keyboard, more Memoji, a redesigned Photos app, and many other changes.

Anyone who’s feeling adventurous can sign up for the Apple Beta Software Program and download the latest pre-release versions of these now. It’s free and not overly complicated. A willingness to put up with potentially buggy, crash-prone software is necessary, however.
