Are E-Bikes and scooters permitted?
Electric Bikes and Scooters are not permitted in our guest rooms or on our property. Information we recently received from fire officials confirms the batteries have proven unreliable and dangerous for starting fires. By accepting a reservation at our establishment, you agree to be held liable should you choose to store your E-Bike or Scooter in your unit, thus creating this potential hazard.
Is smoking permitted?
There is a designated smoking area, therefore creating a healthier environment for all.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! You can shop gift certificates for any price and time of year here – and they don’t expire!
What is included in my room?
Every guest room has a new sleeper sofa and loveseats, new COREtec laminate flooring, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and a WiFi receiver. All rooms are fully furnished, including a beverage refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Suites include kitchenettes. All rooms include outdoor seating and patio arrangements for gorgeous views!
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, you must be 21 or older to rent a room at The Crusader (25 on Holidays – Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend). The person who rented the room must stay at the property for the entire reservation duration.

What amenities are included with my stay?
The Crusader offers many amenities to help you make the most of your stay. We have heated Olympic-sized and children’s swimming pools, an elevator and an onsite restaurant. Bags of ice are sold in the main lobby.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
Is WiFi included?
Yes! We proudly offer free WiFi to all guests.
Is there parking on site?
Yes! We have on-premise parking limited to one spot per unit. Additional vehicles must use street parking west of Atlantic Avenue.
What about laundry?
The Crusader has its very own guest laundromat and daily maid service.
What is the booking policy?
All reservations require full receipt of the deposit to be confirmed. You can protect your trip payment with a travel protection plan. Reservations require a 2-night deposit, and 6 or more night stays require a 3-night deposit to be confirmed. 1-night stays are nonrefundable and must be paid in full. Personal checks are accepted for deposit as long as they are received at least 14 days before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel 22 days and beyond before the arrival date, a 50 percent cancellation fee will apply for all cancelled reservations for any reason. Up to 21 days before arrival, you will forfeit the full advance deposit. No adjustments will be made for late arrivals, unused days, no-shows, early departures or weather-related cancellations and or adjustments.
