Jacy Richardson
Visual Effects/3D Artist
As a Visual Effects and 3D Artist, Jacy is responsible for creating computer-generated animations and special effects for our original films and interactive experiences. Jacy’s love of museums started at a young age with regular visits to an interactive museum in Johnson City, Tennessee. As a college student, she worked at that same museum as a Discovery Guide, where she led educational programs for kids. Her passion for educating through museum experiences combined with a diverse set of skills in editing, animation, and special effects makes her a great asset to the team. Jacy’s recent projects include Museum of the Southern Jewish Experience and the new “Make Good the Promises: Reconstruction and Its Legacies” exhibit at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture.
Jacy has earned a Master of Science in Technology with an Entrepreneurial Leadership concentration and a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media with a concentration in Animation from East Tennessee State University.
