As Technical Project Manager, Alexia Barnes works with our software development team to oversee our work pipeline and maintenance for custom interactive projects. Leveraging over ten years of software development experience, Alexia brings a proven record of coordinating with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure effective project execution and delivery. She will be responsible for approving project programming schedules and assigning programming resources based on skills and availability to ensure the company-wide programming schedule is running smoothly and efficiently. In addition to managing our project teams and workflow, Alexia will help ensure our software has been tested thoroughly by our quality assurance team and is delivered on time.

Alexia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of NY at Buffalo.
