Airtel — network issue with airtel services

I have been raising complaints due to network issue at my residence. But so far none of the team addressed my issues. Whenever i tried to contact customer care they are updating me "we are working on issue". Even though i have mention in twitter but no use from airtel team.
I thought i will get a good response by complaining in this forum.
Kindly update us and take an necessary action on airtel team. There response is very bad towards customers.

I am ported BSNL to Airtel yesterday and I try to recharge 35 on online payment. But recharge failed due to technical issue message will be received. I try to recharge phonepe, Google pay, airtel.in . Why this issue come .. please solve it
