Our milling machine is equipped with various types of heads and units for specific applications and a number of different tools.
To ensure stable and accurate processing, the machine is equipped with a raster vacuum assembly table and a top-class Bush vacuum pump for typical industrial applications.
Depending on demand, we can process materials such as all types of plastics, including plexiglass (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), PVC, dibond composite boards, polypropylene and polyethylene, POM, furniture boards, plywood and HPL.
We cut and mill ready-made elements such as seals, covers and parts for machines and devices, machine housings, filling foams. And all this with an accuracy of 0.1 mm.

Nasza frezarka wyposażona jest w różnego rodzaju głowice oraz agregaty do specyficznych zastosowań oraz szereg różnych narzędzi.
Aby obróbka mogła być stabilna oraz dokładna maszyna posiada rastrowy próżniowy stół montażowy oraz najwyższej klasy pompę próżniową firmy Bush do zastosowań typowo przemysłowych.
W zależności od zapotrzebowania możemy obrabiać takie materiały jak wszelakiego rodzaju tworzywa sztuczne, w tym plexi (PMMA), poliwęglan (PC), pcw, płyty kompozytowe typu dibond, polipropylen oraz polietylen, POM, płyty meblowe, sklejkę oraz HPL.
Wycinamy i frezujemy gotowe elementy takie jak uszczelki, osłony i części do maszyn i urządzeń, obudowy do maszyn, pianki wypełniające. A wszystko to z dokładnością do 0,1 mm.
