Buccaneers' Chase McLaughlin: Clean effort in preseason finale
McLaughlin converted his only field-goal attempt from 51 yards and made all three of his extra-point tries in the Buccaneers' 24-14 preseason win over the Dolphins on Friday night.
McLaughlin had a miss in each of the first two exhibitions, so his long make Friday was a particularly welcome sight. The veteran had missed from 51 yards in the first preseason game against the Bengals, but he knocked through seven of eight tries from 50-plus during a stellar 2023. With Baker Mayfield and some of the Buccaneers' other key offensive starters showing well during their preseason cameos against Miami, there's optimism McLaughlin will enjoy plenty of fantasy relevance again this coming season while attached to what should be a productive offense.

Buccaneers' Payne Durham: One catch in preseason finale
Durham brought in his only target for 13 yards in the Buccaneers' 24-14 preseason win over the Dolphins on Friday night.
The second-year tight end was able to get in one last bit of preseason action after missing the second exhibition against the Jaguars due to a knee injury suffered during a joint practice with Jacksonville. Durham was able to practice for multiple days leading into Friday's contest against the Dolphins, so he should be set to fill his No. 2 tight end role behind Cade Otton without limitations right from the onset of the regular season.

Buccaneers' Kameron Johnson: Five touches in preseason debut
Johnson brought in three of five targets for 12 yards and rushed twice for 13 yards in the Buccaneers' 24-14 preseason win over the Dolphins on Friday night.
The Barton College product overcame a multi-week rib injury just in time to participate in the final preseason game, and while he didn't do anything spectacular with his touches, Johnson was kept busy during his time in the game. The undrafted rookie had impressed throughout the offseason and early in training camp, so he may have a good shot at sticking on the practice squad come final cutdowns.

Irving rushed six times for 26 yards and brought in his only target for five yards in the Buccaneers' 24-14 preseason win over the Dolphins on Friday night.
The rookie had drawn the start in the first two preseason games, but Rachaad White saw his first and only action of the exhibition slate Friday and was the first running back in. Irving checked in on the second possession and put together another solid performance relative to opportunity, and he appears set to start the regular season as the clear-cut No. 2 back behind White.

Buccaneers' Kyle Trask: Strong showing in preseason finale
Trask completed 17 of 24 passes for 141 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions while adding one carry for one yard in the Buccaneers' 24-14 preseason win over the Dolphins on Friday night.
Baker Mayfield started and led the Buccaneers on a touchdown drive during the opening possession, and Trask subsequently took over for the duration of the contest. As his final line implies, the third-year signal-caller was sharp and mistake-free throughout, and he connected with Ryan Miller (10 yards) and Tanner Knue (two yards) for his pair of scoring tosses. Tucker rushed seven times for 20 yards and brought in his only target for a 27-yard gain in the Buccaneers' 24-14 preseason win over the Dolphins on Friday night.

Buccaneers' Cody Thompson: Keeps ascending in preseason finale
Thompson secured seven of eight targets for 45 yards in the Buccaneers' 24-14 preseason win over the Dolphins on Friday night.
Thompson led the Buccaneers in receptions, receiving yards and targets on the night, putting together a fitting cap on what has been a very productive training camp and preseason. Buccaneers' Rachaad White: Scores TD on only drive Friday
White rushed four times for 16 yards and a touchdown while catching his only target for 17 yards in Friday's 24-14 preseason win over the Dolphins.
