I've slept in many 5-star hotels around the world, but the service here is truly exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you're pampered at every location within the hotel. This is definitely a place I'll be returning to. Special thanks to Snow, a very friendly employee who always smiles and goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Of course, thanks to all the staff for this wonderful experience.

The level of service here is mind blowing with attention to every details. The staffs are amazingly friendly and welcoming 🙏. Definitely worth every buck.

Located only a 4-minute drive to the beach, Aonang Hill Krabi-SHA Extra Plus boasts comfortable accommodation, ranging from a dormitory room to a villa. We love this hotel. We like that it’s off the main road. Excellent shuttle service to the beach. They pick u up whenever you are ready. Excellent restaurants down the street (11/1 makes the best soups/Curry Thai has the best Indian food). There’s a good massage parlor next to Curry Thai. Everything you need near hotel. Breakfast is awesome. Tremendous value. They even have a shower room for us to use after our Hong Island tour (Hong Island A MUST!!!) even though we already checked out. Very happy with this hotel/resort. Highly recommend!

Keemala is nestled amidst lush flora atop rolling hills overlooking Kamala Village and the Andaman Sea. This resort boasts a spa and wellness centre, soothing massage treatments and a restaurant. All the staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean. Everything was perfect for us.

The new Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort – SHA Plus is an absolute beachfront property situated on Bangsak beach, a long stretch of coastline off the Andaman Sea, just a 90 minute drive from Phuket... This place stands up to its claim of being a luxury hotel. High quality service and comfort. The staff was the absolute best. Always smiling and greeting you and making sure you are in comfort.

Nestled amidst lush tropical gardens, Ban Sainai Resort- SHA Extra Plus Aonang's Green Resort features cosy cottages and an outdoor pool, a 5-minute ride from Ao Nang Beach. I have to give a huge shoutout to the staff at this hotel—they were incredibly polite, respectful, and always willing to lend a hand. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, their hospitality exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved the pool and breathtaking views; I could have spent hours just taking it all in. The breakfast was varied, and the staff even surprised us with ‘belated birthday’ pancakes—an incredibly thoughtful gesture given that our birthdays had recently passed. The rooms and facilities were everything we needed. The reception staff were thoughtful, organized, and ready to assist with anything you needed. What really made the experience feel like home were the wonderful people working there.
