The rooms were fabulous — Scandinavian chique — and the kids loved the upper loft area where they slept. The hotel staff was fantastic and were super accommodating. We arrived late and called in advance asking if we could still eat in their award winning restaurant. While we couldn’t have the standard 5 course menu, they kept aside main course and dessert for us. The meal was the best we had in the trip and the service and hospitality was outstanding!

Breakfast and dinner were culinary delights, featuring delicious meals prepared with local ingredients that not only satisfied our palates but also supported local farmers and producers. The focus on ecological practices without sacrificing comfort truly set Villa Fregn apart. Also, we had the best sleep we've ever had in a hotel—so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave! We wholeheartedly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone looking for a unique getaway. We can't wait to return with our friends and family. Villa Fregn is a gem not to be missed, offering everything you could possibly need for a perfect retreat! Thanks again
