Everything! From the moment we checked in, Emma treated us as if we were the only guests. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to add another night to our reservation and she went over and above to accommodate us. She is a gem! The location was perfect. Just steps to the beaches of Monterosso, but secluded and quiet. The courtyard was a peaceful oasis, where we enjoyed cocktails from the bar. The breakfasts were unbelievable! The best we had in Italy. Hopefully we will return to the beautiful Cinque Terre and the Hotel Palme.

Excellent location if you are choosing Levanto for comuting into Cinque Terre. Train station is in walking distance, but the beach and markets and restaurants are a bit farther away. Not an issue though if you are on holiday and not really in a hurry :) Apartment was very clean and well equipped, the only thing missing was the AC but we were aware beforehand, so no major issue. Giulia was very kind to us and hopefully she did not have any issues upon our very early departure.

I can't praise Hotel Abetaia enough, truly. The hotel itself is extremely clean and well taken care of. Our room and bathroom were quite spacious with plenty of ambient lighting. There was a bountiful breakfast buffet which was delicious. The hotel staff and management were always helpful no matter what was asked of them, and the owner is delightful. If you are coming to the Cinque Terre area the Hotel Abetaia is a most excellent choice.

Maximilian was an amazing host! He provided extensive information about the apartment, how to use the trains to the Cinque Terre towns, local facilities. etc. and even helped us with finding a free parking spot. The Apartment had nice finishes, (great shower!) was quiet, and good a/c. The master bed was queen-sized and comfortable. We really appreciated that he had prepared the cot and sofabed for us.

Levanto is a nice city at the starting point of Cinque Terre. It is a great way to start a hiking trip. Levanto is very good reachable by train and also allows to travel to the other towns of Cinque Terre. It is so small that all locations are close to the beach. Compared to other apartments, this apartment was a bit further away from the center and the beach area. Apartment was big (but a bit outdated).

Hotel Marina is a great location right in the town of Monterossa. Walking distance to all the shops and Osterias. breakfast is served on the upper deck under Lemon Trees and it was outstanding!. After Cruise tourist leave, the town is quaint and not so busy. Not a far walk from the train, which is how we arrived. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Cinque Terre area.

Apartment is situated on the main street in Riomaggiore about 150m up from the tunnel leading to the train station situated by several eateries. Grocery store is 3 doors up the street and pharmacy is 3 doors down the street. Apartment is very sound proof so with windows closed you don't hear the street noise below. Great home base for exploring and hiking in Cinque Terre.

Hotel Punta Mesco is in a great location. It's near the center of Monterosso al Mare, but still accessible by car (and with free parking!). Once you're here, it's easy to access the train station to explore the other cities in Cinque Terre. The staff are amazing, and go out of their way to make sure your stay is great. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful.

Everything was just perfect! Apartment was recently renovated, spacious and had everything you need. Stephanie was a fantastic host who greeted us and guided us through the place. Location to the train station/city was close, perfect for your Cinque Terre adventures. If you need groceries, the local Coop was around the corner as well. You can’t go wrong!

The staff was extremely friendly and for example hinted a cheaper parking slot in front of the hotel that I had missed vs. their own carage. Hotel was easy to access with car and was in ok location for our purpose (just to stay overnight before venturing to Cinque Terre next day). Breakfast wasn't exactly plentiful but adequate for our needs.

The wife and I loved our 5 night stay at Hotel Cinque Terre. The staff are incredible and work hard to ensure a wonderful stay. If you are thinking about visiting the Cinque Terre region, I would absolutely recommend Monterosso and this hotel... easy access to and from the train station and a perfect base to explore this beautiful area.

Great location in Levanto close to train station for easy access to villages of Cinque Terre. Secure parking on site was great and the welcome to the apartment was excellent with information about the apartment and local area. Apartment was very well equipped and we enjoyed our 2-night stay. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location with Excellent staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. We spent 3 nights there and in hindsight would of stayed 6 nights instead of moving to Riomaggire which was booked before we traveled. The trains are so easy to access Cinque Terre and Levanto and the Carla Hotel was an awesome base

Very spacious, beautifully decorated apartment in the centre of Varnazza. Apartment had everything we needed and Alice was amazingly helpful. Perfect location in the middle of Cinque Terre to explore both ways. The day trippers leave after about 4pm and then a blissful serene place to relax and have dinner.

Host was very helpful, informative, friendly. Apartment was ideally located, on the waterfront, very close to restaurants, a short walk from the train station. Host said his job was to make the wine (Cinque Terre DOC) and mine was to drink it. We both did our job well.

Our 4 nights stay in Hotel Palazzo Vannoni in Levanto was more than pleasant. Staf is very professional and helpful, the room is very comfortable and charming. Close by to the train to Cinque Terre and close to the beach and all the restaurants. A lovely place to stay.

Hotel Dora was one of our best experiences in Cinque Terre. The apartment was at walking distance from beach and property was spacious, big and comfortable. Also, there is a grocery store right below the apartment which helped us make our stay even more comfortable.

Levanto is the best location,less touristy and perfect to visit le cinque terre. Massimo is a perfect host, he provides you the information how to reach the parking behind the Hotel. He recommended a beautiful restaurant in Levanto ,Tumelin ,very good place.

Levanto is the perfect home base to explore the cinque terre Great communication with host Apartment spacious and well equipped Perfect location near everything you need The hot water was great, wouldn’t run out with three people showering in a row!

Very courteous and helpful staff. Went out of their way at times. Decent breakfast. Reception is just off the street which is a big deal in any hotel in Cinque Terre. Hotel has Dedicated parking which is a bit of a premium in the area.
