beautiful hotel, staff were excellent from check in until check out. Breakfast was fantastic and the lounge was always packed in the evenings. Beds were incredibly comfortable and bathroom had heated floors.

    This B&B is exceptional!! A beautiful House close to main streets but very peaceful. The jacuzzi tub is a lovely feature in The Marbel bathroom with exclusive products. The cleanliness and comfort of the room outstanding. The breakfast was a lovely surprise and absolutely delicious. This host offers more value than anybody else … goes the extra mile for guests. Thank you!!!!

    all the staff were so welcoming and helpful, our room was incredible, especially the amazing bathroom ! We had a superb dinner and breakfast at Bruno again with exceptional service. We only wish we had more time to make use of the pool area during our brief stay. The Airport Shuttle was a godsend after a busy few weeks travelling. Thank you

    Location by airport; free shuttle (actually a taxi); lovely burger with chef using initiative when we asked to swap fries for vegetables - the veg were really superb; staff, though thin on the ground, were all lovely; foyer and lobby areas beautiful comfortable, peaceful, and modern; price was good.

    this was a great airport hotel. the staff were superb. we arrived late and do they checked us in quickly so we could grab a bite to eat in the hotel bar. the food was top quality and the service was excellent even though it was late. definitely recommend this hotel. when the airport shuttle was full they arranged a free taxi taking all the stress away.

    5 Stars to the Hotel staff. Friendly. Polite. Knowledgeable. 4 Stars to the room. The bed was super comfortable, however the pillows could 100% get a upgrade. Clean. 3 Stars to the bathroom. Dated. Small. Tight. If you are larger than a size 8 it is a very hard bathroom to manage around in. The light needs to be switched out as well. It makes you look deathly ill. And the shower curtain needs to be changed out.

    Beautiful hotel, we had an excellent stay. The bathroom was an unexpected luxury with the soaker tub. The toiletries were very nice and the bath salts were a nice touch. I very much appreciated the robes that were provided for use (no slippers though 😞 they were waiting on a delivery). The heated outdoor pool a d hot tub on the patio of the sixth floor were outstanding! Was so nice to sit in the hot tub after a long day of walking around Vancouver. Easy access to the SkyTrain, 9min walk. Will definitely stay again!
