I arrived at Comfort Zone at 11:00 on December 26, 2024. Joe warmly received me. Joe is the owner of Comfort Zone. He can speak a little Chinese, but his English is fluent. He is an expert in Chiang Mai and is very familiar with the area. You can ask Joe any questions. Joe warmly welcomed me and handled the formalities for me. Comfort Zone rooms are not available until 2 pm, but if you handle the formalities in advance, you can store your luggage. Thank you very much. I booked a bed in a dormitory, which is consistent with the description on Booking.com. The overall style is Instagram-worthy. I hardly ever stay in hostels but I couldn't find any reasonably priced hotels in Chiang Mai for my dates so I booked this hostel. They have a nice common area with fruit/tea, bean bags and yoga mats. Overall a pleasant experience.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Easy to communicate with. The place was quiet and clean. The breakfast included in our stay was very good. I enjoyed my stay very much. I’d definitely recommend and I’d be back if ever in Chiang Mai again.
