Got a call from Lily earlier in the day explaining due to contractors cancelling the property unfortunately wasn’t ready and offered a refund even if we decided to stay. Which we did. Both Michael and Lily were fantastic hosts and completely transparent about issues. Although the property wasn’t ready they did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The room itself was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable and the location was fantastic for our stay (festival at centennial park). I have just rebooked for March when I’m back down for Knotfest and I’m excited to see the finished product! Although not completed I can see what they’re wanting to achieve and it will be stunning when finished!
