However, the location is great and its a big hostel, so lots going on - great if you’re up for meeting new people or want a mix of activities. My dorm had its own bathroom which was handy and great that the toilet and shower room were separate.

And a couple minute walk from an real fruit ice cream truck, four square and laundry mat. The one thing for us was the no aircon we died in the 30 degree heat even with all the windows open. It also next to a hostel and they can be noisy in the deck outside to really late. The owner was really nice and was great to have free parking at the back.

The bar was under renovation during our stay, with that open I imagine it to be an even better social area. Note that most people renting this place will go for dorms, this review is for a family room: one double bed and a bunk bed for two. A common room with big sofa's, 3 small kitchen, reasonably clean. Friendly staff. Small closet with space under beds to store your bags. You need to bring your own padlock. Clean bedlinnen.
