Customer service is top notch. We had an issue with the credit card on check-in and they very kindly let us check-in with a minimum charge on the card. Everything in the property is clean and pristine. The best experience ever!

Marriott's Sabal Palms is 4.2 km from Walt Disney World. It offers an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and self-catering villas with a balcony. Excellent location to the Disney parks and Disney Springs - used Uber with no problems loved the extra space at the apartment. Plenty of space to relax and spread out for a family of four. Full kitchen with washing machine and dryer. Uber Eats delivered but Walmart and Publix near by for full grocery shopping. Use of the Marriott World Centre facilities - water park not included but main pool is fab. Pool at Sabal Palms is quiet. Friendly, accommodating reception staff. Although we didn’t use it, free parking was a great perk. Next time we would hire a car.

Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.

Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista / Orlando is located in the heart of Lake Buena Vista, just 2.4 km away from the Walt Disney World Resort. The service very helpful people that work there from cleaning to food and housekeeping excelente

Spring Hill Suites by Marriott Orlando Lake Bunea Vista/Palm Parkway is 3.8 km away from SeaWorld Orlando. Guests can start their day with a complimentary hot breakfast and then take a dip in the... Everything was clean, the location was great because it was close to the theme parks, the breakfast was wonderful, the staff and guests services is very nice too. I would definitely recommend it.
