This hotel is everting you would expect and more from the Design Hotel Group. It's ineriors are exquisitely decorated with every attention given to detail. To compliment the interiors were the exceptional service of the staff. They where attentive, friendly and always helpful. Even our kids agreed that this was the best hotel they have ever been to. The facilities where excellent and we may just have had the best Margaritas we've ever tasted at the pool bar! In the evenings the lobby lounge turned into a vibrant hang out for guest and locals, which we loved. Even though we did not join in every night, it was wonderful to come back after a day of shopping or sightseeing to experience a lively atmosphere that was welcoming. Will we go back? Most definitely! It is after all, a proper hotel.

This is literally my favourite hotel I have EVER stayed at. This hotel will be my first and only choice every time I come back to Austin (which is often). Everyone was extremely friendly, I loved the retro vibe, the pool was great, and was everything I needed. We did the queen bed and public washroom.. we were slightly sceptical about this … but it couldn’t have went any better!!

Hyatt House Austin/Downtown menyediakan akomodasi dengan teras berjemur, Wi-Fi gratis, dan kolam renang terbuka musiman di Austin tepatnya 7 menit berjalan kaki dari Capitol Building, 900 meter dari... Clean, great natural Ilumination. Big rooms! Near everything, just be careful because at 1 block there are homeless and It didn’t feel safe but in my case it was just perception because nothing happened.

It was clean, well stocked and great location. Didn’t meet any staff personally but they were very good at communication so felt like we were in good hands. Great location, able to walk a lot of places. Would stay again.
