Exceptional hotel with a clean tranquil beach, beautiful design and exceptionally friendly staff. They accommodated some of our changes last minute, offered a free breakfast, provided some water, ect. I would love to come back.

I liked everything. I have stayed in Mexico for 3 weeks (also 2 other hotels in Tulum) and this was without a doubt the best experience with the hotel I ever had. I so so so recommended this place. I need to mention also the reception stuff who is 10 out of 10 in hospitality and making you feel welcome. btw I recommend the room with netting and view over the jungel🤩 something to wake up to☀️

For us a clear 10/10! We felt completely comfortable - great environment, beautiful rooms, incredibly delicious food and a great bar with delicious drinks 🫶🏼. The staff was very nice, but most to be highlighted are the great guys Jorge and Armandito! They were so warm and we had great conversations, thanks for that! Furthermore, Jorge is a super organizer and planned a lot for us! That is not a matter of course. Everything was perfect for us and we hope to see you again! Thanks again for the great time and the wonderful memories!

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and decor was impressive. It created a unique and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The rooms were not only beautifully appointed but also exceptionally clean and comfortable. What truly set this boutique hotel apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request or provide recommendations for things to do in Tulum. They even surprised me with a special welcome treat in my room, which was a delightful touch. The hotel's restaurant served delicious cuisine, and I enjoyed every meal I had there. The chef's creativity and the use of fresh, local ingredients made dining at the hotel a memorable experience. One evening, I needed help arranging transportation for an restaurant reservation and not only the hotel staff not only organized it for me but also followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. Their commitment to making my stay stress-free was truly remarkable. The location of Mi Amor was also fantastic, with easy access to Tulum's beautiful beaches and vibrant nightlife. I appreciated the quiet retreat it offered, while still being close to all the action. Overall, my stay at this boutique hotel in Tulum exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of impeccable service, charming ambiance, and convenient location made it a truly unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return and enjoy their hospitality once again.

This boutique hotel is one of the best “Beach Chic” experiences in Tulum. Fun and vibrant, La Zebra is a luxurious haven for all who are looking for an amazing time on the beach. Great facilities and staff! We traveled with a 2.5 year old and we’re looking for things to do in Tulum. The options were limited but one of the locals recommended us to check out La Zebra beach club. We went and spent about 6 hours that day and loved it. They had an area for adults to lounge and enjoy (beach cabanas, restaurant, pool) but they also have an area specifically for young kids. Playground, coloring area, etc. We loved it so much we booked our las night stay there and got a beachfront room with plunge pool. Our only regret was not having stayed there more nights. We absolutely loved it and we all had a great time.

Beautiful boutique property right on a gorgeous strip of beach. Excellent food onsite but also walking distance to plenty of great offsite options. Amazing staff (we love you Allegra)!!!
