They accommodated some of our changes last minute, offered a free breakfast, provided some water, ect. I would love to come back.

Location is great, right on the beach road. It’s a boutique hotel, so very private, no kids. Concierge staff was awesome with reccos for dinner, tours, cenotes, scooter rentals. Fabian was especially great! The aesthetic is also really cool, you’re living in a tree house in the jungle.

We felt completely comfortable - great environment, beautiful rooms, incredibly delicious food and a great bar with delicious drinks 🫶🏼. The staff was very nice, but most to be highlighted are the great guys Jorge and Armandito! They were so warm and we had great conversations, thanks for that! Furthermore, Jorge is a super organizer and planned a lot for us! That is not a matter of course. Everything was perfect for us and we hope to see you again! Thanks again for the great time and the wonderful memories!

Mi Amor hotel is a perfect get away for a couple. I went with my wife for 4 nights and everything was great. I would say the staff made the stay special , they made sure we were happy and comfortable . They also hooked us up with their sister locations at the Mezaninne restaurant down the road and the Zebra beach club. Really nice get away for couples. The location is ideal for relaxing and a short walk from some other nice beach clubs and restaurants.

Great facilities and staff! We traveled with a 2.5 year old and we’re looking for things to do in Tulum. The options were limited but one of the locals recommended us to check out La Zebra beach club. We went and spent about 6 hours that day and loved it. They had an area for adults to lounge and enjoy (beach cabanas, restaurant, pool) but they also have an area specifically for young kids. Playground, coloring area, etc. We loved it so much we booked our las night stay there and got a beachfront room with plunge pool. Our only regret was not having stayed there more nights. We absolutely loved it and we all had a great time.
