Fantastic private onsen in room, big enough for two people to stretch out in. Dinner was very delicious as well. Staff were attentive and friendly.

It was too expensive for one night and there were 3 people in the room. The best thing would have been 2 rooms. But booking couldn't understand me the many times I tried to explain this to them before visiting the hotel. But I was unsuccessful.

HAKONE GORA ONSEN Hotel Kasansui ligger 550 m fra Sounzan Station og byder på varme kilder med udsigt over Hakones bjergskove. Der tilbydes massage og japanske retter. Perfect location - very close to the Ropeway station and the cable car. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating of a vegetarian diet for the 4 days of our stay. Definitely recommend for the kindness of the staff alone. The Onsens are also lovely! This place is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway!
