You feel very welcome there. They help to organize such things as transport to the airport, some sea cruises, recommend the restaurants. All was really at high standard.

Catalonia Donosti has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in San Sebastián. The front desk staff were wonderful, We had a problem with our rental car and the two young ladies at the front desk went out of their way to help.They permitted to leave the car at the front of the hotel and translated for us when the mechanic arrived. They also helped with dining plans and showed us the best ways of getting around.The door man was also very helpful
