Breakfast was good too with an option of buffet and or ordering from the menu. I particularly found Jenny, Paul, Leo and Joy very helpful but honestly all of the staff were great. We booked a day tour to Ninh Binh through the hotel which was lovely. They shared a lot of useful information and recommendations at and before arrival making the arrival and stay very smooth. Service from the staff was the highlight

Comfortable beds and the breakfast is one of the delicious I’ve had in a Vietnam hotel. Brian is an absolute delight, always bursting with good energy and is so helpful. Sophia is sweet and is very helpful as well. We wished we stayed longer since we only stayed for one night with them.

This hotel was gorgeous, set in the best street of the Old Quarter. It’s lovely and well designed rooms were so comfortable and the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The rooftop bar has a great view of the city and the breakfast and afternoon tea was excellent. We would definitely return here!
