The staff were friendly and very helpful and informative. They gave us lots of ideas for places to see and how to get around on the trams and ferries. The hotel restaurant food was excellent, breakfasts were very good indeed, dinners featured some local dishes too. The hotel has many historic features and its dining room is an amazingly lovely survival from an earlier age of elegance.

Exceptional place and staff. The concept of the hotel is thought-through in details - everything was just right. I am very noise-sensitive and this is the first time I experience such quiet environment in room and the surroundings. Waking up at the waterfront is magical. Giving the high mark of 10 for the first time ever :-)

Nice buffet for lunch, friendly staff - all just great. Great cozy areas for a drink, or spending time with the family. Everything from the welcoming entrance to the room is that little extra!
