The Giacomo provided us with a very comfortable stay while visiting Niagra Falls . Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and our room had a refridgerator which was nice and there was a microwave available to use by the reception desk. The Victorian ambience was charming and the rooftop area to view the Fireworks was also very nice per my sister in law. The location is perfect and the hot breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. We will definately be back.
The staff were very helpful , friendly and professional.

The American side of the Falls has a beautiful park that is free to access and you get get right up close to the Falls. Maid of the Mist was amazing and was definately worth it. The Cave of the Winds was amazing as well and you get to get right up next to the Falls..not as difficult as some of the reviews suggest . The Red Coach Inn had excellent food ..good service. The Rain Forrest Cafe also was great..food was good..fun atmosphere. We hired a guide which included all of the attractions and it was worth it.

The lineup for full plate was too long so we ate at 3 Sisters and it was a bit expensive. The entertainment the night we stayed was amazing. I would recommend if Nerds Gone Wild is playing at Stir, GO!!! They were repairing a water pipe break the week d we stayed and there was no spa, pool or hot tub open so it was disappointing. It would have been nice to be compensated for the inconvenience. Nothing better than to relax after a long day of cross border shopping. The pool and hot tub area is the best part of our stay.

A very beautiful and amazing place, one of the wonders of the world, regardless of the cold weather, but we enjoyed with the family in the facilities of the waterfalls, the workers who were working in the waterfalls organized and were working to provide comfort for us and were on our help, unfortunately the boat ride was closed and also entry under the waterfalls was not available.

The area is great most of the people we spoke too was very nice and polite.
The one thing my wife and I have not figured out though, is why does every attraction in the country have too pass through not so good areas of town?
The place though once there is so very much to see and do . We spent 3 days and honestly could have stayed for 3 more . If you stay and you want the real falls experience there are several hotels that have options to see the falls from your room

Beautiful place to visit. The view is spectacular.
Beautiful place to visit. The view is spectacular. The attractions are not as many as on the Canadian side. The New York side looks very run-down and dirty. There is not much to do in the evenings. On the Canadian side, on the other hand, it was very crowded and businesses were open. For such an important tourist area, the maintenance of the buildings and houses in the area seems unimportant.

Appartaments are in a perfect place. Niagara falls are just few minutes walk away from hotel. The room that we stayed in had everything anyone can need: coffee machine, iron with ironing board, hair dryer. Everything was really clean. Breakfast buffet was good: quite large selection of breakfast food (from sausages to waffles) and it was always refilled. People who worked there are also really nice.
