The breakfast was excellent. Hot tea and Coffee was very good. Also other items were also very good. No need to add anymore item to the menue.

    Traveled in for a concert and unfortunately had a rainy weekend. Liked that this this location was just 5 minute drive to the mall so we had plenty to do and lots of restaurant options to chose from. Thought about staying downtown but chose this location for ease of parking and more space.

    Upon checking in the Front Desk Staff were extremely helpful...

    Upon checking in the Front Desk Staff were extremely helpful for recommendations, invited us to enjoy coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies and bottled water all available 24 hours a day, Located across from King of Prussia Mall, location was excellent access to restaurants and the highway. Beds very comfortable and room was immaculate. Large bathroom counter, hair dryer, plenty of towels, good shower/tub. Room was great size (2 queen beds), and had desk and chair. Large window looked out on tree area (room 286) so very private. Various choices for breakfast, easy checkout.

    King of Prussia was a great area.

    King of Prussia was a great area. We were there for the Super Billiard Expo. It was a great event. We also enjoyed the King of Prussia mall. It was huge and a variety of stores I had not seen before

    The King of Prussia mall is huge with a variety of stores. There are many restaurants that are directly attached to the mall or just a short drive. Easy drive to Villanova University, Conshohocken, and Wissahickon Park (amazing hiking and a cute Inn.

    The property was exceptional clean, and I’m a bit OCD. There is a small sitting area with a pullout sofa. Perfect. I was pleasantly surprised. Not the most luxurious, but definitely one of the cleanest and nicest properties I have stayed in, especially for the price

    I did not enjoy my stay due to the slamming of doors along...

    I did not enjoy my stay due to the slamming of doors along with the marijuana smell. I was surprised that I didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave or a safe to store my valuables. The bed was angled in a weird direction I guess that was how it was supposed to be.

    Very bad experience with the staff. It's clearly mentioned in the booking that the breakfast is included in the price however the front desk lady deny that and said it's not the hotel's responsibility to follow the reservation letter! She talks very rude and has no sense of nice talking to a customer or at least listening! Finally, after talking with Booking.com customer service they accept their mistake. The manager of this property needs to have more training for their staff!

    The location was good. It was relatively easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and we were rather close to all of the activities we did while in town. The breakfast was okay. The food was what I would expect from a free hotel breakfast.

    Good location for north Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Close to King of Prussia Mall and other shops. Bus stop right outside hotel to get into central Philly. Very nice breakfast.
