My boyfriend enjoyed the breakfast very much, especially the waffles. Since I am a strict vegan I found it challenging to eat much in Gatlinburg in general; however, the fresh apples and hot tea were wonderful.

Gatlinburg is my family's favorite place! Our last trip in November was a very special trip. We were there for my son's wedding. We love all things Gatlinburg 💖. The beautiful mountains delicious restaurants and the hospitality was great every where we visited. Dolly Partons Stampede The Aquarium Over Gatlinburg The Roller coaster (we rode all there) Putt Putt golf. It was all amazing. Wish we could have seen snow but maybe next year! Til next time Gatlinburg!! Ps. Can't forget the Bear that tried to get in our car! We videoed but kept our distance. And oh my goodness how did I forget Cades cove. A must see when visiting

The Christmas lights at Dollywood were beautiful and the village is also very nice. Avoid the Titanic museum, it is a total waste of money and time. Private cove dinner is wonderful! Don’t shop at the strip, it is overpriced and very cheap quality. Leather and Hat company inside Dollywood is expensive but very well made and worth every cent you spend. Attractions are not worth much time or money.

The location is great! Gatlinburg can be a very touristy and loud place but the Hotel was located a bit away from the main street (10 minute walk), right by a beautiful river which makes it a great place to calm down and have a good night's sleep. The bedroom with a balcony overlooking the river was super clean and the beds quite comfy. You can make bonfires right outside at the river, and the hotel has plenty of BBQ stations as well. And don't forget the pool!
The location was perfect with views of the mountains from our bed! The room was very clean. I was able to check in early and start enjoying my mini staycation to celebrate my birthday on the 12th. The bathroom was clean even though it was probably about as old as me! I loved it!!! We were able to walk to the main street for dinner and a moonshine tasting and enjoy the lights in downtown Gatlinburg.
The room wasn't that spacious but the bed was comfortable which is a plus. There's a free trolley stop at the hotel that takes you downtown which was nice. There's a an indoor pool with hot tub and and outdoor small water slide which the kids love. One of the bedside light wasn't working but they came in right away to fix it.
Close to all things gatlinburg 15 walk your downtown close enough to drive over to pigeon forge for other things price is right for a couple who just needed a bed and a shower
We were able to check in early.
The hotel needs updates, but rooms were spacious and we were in walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The price was great.
