Amazing hotel in the center of Kanazawa! Just a short walk from the Kenroku-en gardens as well as many nice restaurants.
The room was just amazingly spacious and comfortable and even the bathroom was split into a separate toilet and shower, providing a really large shower area. There is also a public bath in the hotel, and it was a really nice and relaxing way to end the day.
Amazing value for the price and I would like to stay again for longer next time.

Very cheap. A no-frills business style hotel run entirely by multilingual dinosaurs who have to have an afternoon nap before check-in time. True story. Sadly they couldn’t handle a simple request for an extra pillow but thankfully a human appeared within 30 seconds to give me one. A hotel for introverts but a surprisingly good hotel for the price.

A lovely city with plenty to see, to do, and to eat. I did a walking tour of the city with a local guide which was excellent. Kanazawa is good gateway to many other regional or rural places or sights. Easily accessed by public transport.

Kanazawa is a quieter city as compared to the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Osaka. It was our bridge to other parts through our JR pass. During our short stay, we visited Kenroku-en and Kanazawa Castle by using the loop bus. There is lots of good food around and the seafood is especially something to look out for.

Everything is walking distance from the hotel that we stayed. We visited Kanazawa Castle, Kenroku-en, Higashi Chaya District, and of course Omicho Market.
We took day trips to Kurobe and Shirakawa-Go. Very beautiful place. A must visit!

Great place to visit! Would highly recommend.
Great place to visit! Would highly recommend. The gardens are so lovely. Autumn is a great time to visit beautiful colours and nice and cool. We initially thought we would spend 3 days here but 2 was plenty. We ended up leaving a day early to give us more time in other places. 3 nights 2 days is a good amount of time here.

An interesting city where you can find very skillful artisans of many crafts. e.g. kimono design and production, lacquering, gold leaf, and sword making. It was a rich experience visiting some of them. The fresh seafood and other ingredients that is available in the restaurants we had meals were superb and very interestingly prepared. The effort and passion put in by every one we met in what they do is just incredible.

We had such a wonderful stay here! A cosy and funky Japanese style inn. Very small hotel but the rooms were big enough. Also there was a projector for watching movies, which was awesome! The host was extremely helpful and gave us great advice regarding which onsens to go to, etc. We we're here at Christmas, and it was so thoughtful of Taka to leave us little Christmas cakes and a Merry Xmas note. Would wholeheartedly recommend staying here for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Kanazawa :)
This is a new and very clean hotel close to the Market and walking distance to Kanazawa JR station, the Garden and the Old towns. The room is comfortable for Japanese standard and staff are always there to assist when required.
Close to City Loop bus.
The bathroom ceiling is quite low just like other Japanese hotels so those who are tall beware when entering the bathroom.
Amazing hotel. I've stayed in a few different hotels during this trip to Japan, and this was the best one. Free access to the lounge for drinks and snacks throughout the day was a wonderful perk. Great location - within walking distance of all the Kanazawa highlights. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable.
Comfortable hotel, varied and delicious food, friendly staff and very helpful in looking after our belongings when we couldn't return to the hotel due to the Japanese earthquake on January 1 2024, close to Kanazawa train station, just a 5 minute walk. our family loves this hotel.
Very nice hotel, close to main Kanazawa highlights. Hot springs and sauna on last floor. Additional free benefits included - Ice cream, manga magazines, soup and probiotic drinks.
Highly recomended after visiting 7 other hotels in Japan.
