Great location, friendly staff and really great attention to detail! If you book, I suggest you try to find a room that has their select tier included. The benefits you get from that are nice, and without that it might feel like half the hotel is off limits to you.

The staff were very welcoming and were extremely attentive, each time we interacted with one they made our daughter feel like the star attraction which was lovely.
The cleanliness was fantastic, I don't think I saw a wrapper anywhere.
The thing that sticks out the most which was incredible is the pool toy recycling box, when it gets to the end of the holiday you put your toys in for the next child to play with instead of buying new ones each time and dumping them somewhere or binning them.
Beer was fantastic too

I loved my little time out pre Christmas break..it was all that I needed and more. Down in D block overlooking the ocean, with complete privacy when sunbathing on my balcony, with the added bonus of a beautiful sunset each evening ✨ this is my go to each year on my own and it really doesn't disappoint ❤️

Playa Blanca is the newest, and arguably quietest, large resort on Lanzarote, which makes it popular with families. It is partially sheltered from the Atlantic winds by the dormant Montaña Roja volcano, and volcanic rock lines its sandy beaches which are spread around a bay.
There are 3 main beaches: Playa Dorada which is popular for watersports, Playa Blanca – the most peaceful, and Playa Flamingo which is overlooked by shops, bars and restaurants serving locally caught seafood. Further east the long stretches of sand give way to the rocky Papagayo Coves whose beautiful scenery is depicted on many a postcard.
A promenade linking the 3 beaches is lined with luxury hotels and resorts available on Booking.com, many offering all inclusive options and some even have their own water park. There are also lots of cheap apartments and private villas in Playa Blanca, some of which overlook Marina Rubicon. The Castillo de las Colorados watchtower sits on a rugged piece of headland looking across the Atlantic Ocean towards the hilly terrain of Fuerteventura.
Ferries to this neighbouring Canary Island depart from just across the bay and offer beautiful views back across the whitewashed buildings towards the mountains behind Playa Blanca.

Playa Blanca is just a beautiful chilled place with loads of restaurants and bars located along the sea front. You can see across the water to Fuerteventura. There is a wonderful beach called Papagayo which I recommend everyone visits.

Playa Blanca was surprisingly bigger than we imagined.
Playa Blanca was surprisingly bigger than we imagined. Accommodation (Villas) and Hotels spread across the coast from the Faro (lighthouse) to Papagayo beach (beyond the Rubicon Marina). It is split into two areas; the strip - which starts after the Harbour, is where there are pedestrian shopping streets and frontline hotels, bars and restaurants following the coastline, and after you walk past this area you will reach the Rubicon Marina, which is stunning and beautifully designed to stroll around, shop, eat, people watch or sip a cocktail and watch the sunset. We ate at both sides of Playa Blanca and restaurants are plentiful and range in price although, we found the Marina is more pricey.

Has a fantastic promenade from the lighthouse to Rubicon Marina on the other side. Nice craft market at the marina on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
PB has lots and lots of restaurants etc. and shops but they're mainly for tourists
Easy and cheap travel by bus - to Arrecife and airport and buses from one side of Playa Blanca to the other. Which run all day twice an hour.
Get the ferry over to Correlejo on Fluerteventura. for the dunes. it's expensive but much better shopping if that's what you want.

All inclusive is very good. Stayed 7 nights and we're very happy we chose this hotel. It was more than we expected, all the buildings and grounds were beautiful, the rooms spacious with massive beds. Food was very nice, didn't get sick of it despite eating there every day at least twice a day. A la carte restaurants are great too. All inclusive was extensive in its options, nearly everything was included. The two resident hedgehogs were very cute too. Cats and birds and tortoises and fish all to be found on the resort too!
Spacious two bedroom villa with all mod cons and decent size swimming pool in large patio area. Can use all the facilities of Hotel Volcan just over the road, but we preferred to just sit by the pool and chill. Ricardo the complex manager was very helpful and professional. The location is brilliant sitting just above Marina Rubicon where there’s a great selection of restaurants and shops. Playa Blanca centre is around 1km away though easily accessible by a cheap taxi if you don’t fancy the walk across the promenade.
Lovely villa situated in a small residential complex, yet close to the facilities of Playa Blanca, which is a lovely low-key resort. We were 5 minutes from the promenade that snaked round the bay, past hotels, small bars, restaurants and various beaches to the port. The villa was exceptional - spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The pool is clean and just perfect. I can't fault it.
Good location, near beautiful Papagayo beach. The food for breakfast and dinner is very solid, tasteful and we were satisfied with the variety. Pool is nice. And stuff friendly. Playa Blanca is excellent location for trips to El Golfo, Timanfaya national park, El Geria vineyards… We enjoyed it. One of the highlights was visit of Famara which is adventurous place. ;)
