Stayed 3 times for one night here. Very practical close to the airport.
Airport shuttle runs once per hour, but sometines was 10-20 min delayed. For getting to the airport great, for getting to the hotel I might get a taxi next time.
Very clean, fast and well prepared reception, and a proper shower after many hostels and small hotels in remote regions :).

The hotel is very well located, very near to the tube station Manquehue. It has a very modern design, very clean in spite of huge windows, which are difficult to keep clean. Very friendly staff and quick check-in and support in case of questions. The breakfast was good with one exception (on the didn't like section). The view from the room is very nice, room and bathroom spacious and very good bed.

Our hotel was located in the well-known and prosperous Vitacura neighborhood which is a very pleasant place to be located if you have time to explore the area. While in Santiago we visited the Santa Rita winery where we had a really excellent winery tour, and lunch in the classic Doña Paula Restaurant. Including transportation, there is enough to do to take up a whole day. We received lots of cautions from locals about the old center downtown area due to the risk of petty theft type of crime, but we attended a 3 hour walking tour that began at La Moneda and ended at the Bella Vista neighborhood, and felt comfortable the whole time. This was a great way to get a feel for the city core and to get used to the layout and locations of other sites. We also had a nice walk from our hotel to the Parque Bicentenario, a large city park populated by families. Near the park are a modern, upscale shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants. We used Ubers and Booking's taxi reservation service for transportation, and our credit card worked pretty much for all purchases. We mainly used cash for tipping.

Great city in South America, excellent infrastructure, easy transportation, organized and clean in most places. Great malls and great restaurants, average cost for dining (for big cities in SA). And with a bonus of easy access to gorgeous views in many places of the Andes. I have not been here in Winter, so it could be even better with ski stations working.

We stayed in the Lastarria barrio and it was a exciting, buzzing neighbourhood filled with street vendors and restaurants. We ate out every night and found great food. We visited the main city plazas, many museums and art galleries, the central market and ascended Cerro Santa Lucia. It was all excellent. We got around by Uber and used credit cards everywhere.

Great city but scary with pick pockets and phone snatchers!!!! ☹️
Especially in downtown Centro area and Plaza de Armas
my phone was snatched by a guy dressed in motor bike delivery garb with a red delivery bag on his back at 3.30 pm from a walking tour I was on with 15-20 other people. So very scary and stressful. I heard the same story from other people after so BE VERY VERY CAREFUL

Fantastic museums, art spaces, architecture and parks.
Fantastic museums, art spaces, architecture and parks. Fascinating city with rich history but a modern edge with great cultural offerings. Something new on every street. However don’t be too ambitious - take your time and pace yourself!

It's a nice city, although perhaps not vibrant at night as other capitals in South America. Even people from Santiago tell you that the best of the country is either in the North or the South, mainly if you are looking for natural beauty.

A very nice hotel in a very nice neighbourhood in Santiago. Providencia is ideal to stay, being not far away from the centre and avoiding the noisy and always crowded from tourists Lastarria. Good restaurants, bars and nice cafés can be found within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean; we had an apartment with a balcony. Good breakfast and a very nice bar, offering a variety of drinks. The personnel were kind, friendly and helpful.
Like? Are you kidding me about this question? Nothing I like, sorry, maybe only the shuttle service from the hotel to airport. But the shuttle service from airport to hotel, they will tell you, waiting at the ground level next to the elevator. They wont tell you, which gate, and arrival or departure. If you have been Santiago airport, you will know this kind of words are bullshit! dont call the reception, nobody answers!
Well located boutique hotel several blocks from the city centre, but situated on a quiet street away from the noise and crowds. The staff were professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of foods and great coffee. The outdoor terrace area offered a reprieve from the afternoon heat in Santiago. I would recommend this place.
Excellent place to stay if overnighting in Santiago. Close to airport but well soundproofed. Shuttle service to and from airport well organised. Make sure you book shuttle for return to airport when you arrive. Limited places on the bus. Rooms comfortable and hotel restaurant convenient. Breakfast was very good.
We stayed in this hotel during a long layover between flights at Santiago Airport.
We had a nice and clean room for 4.
Breakfast was also very good.
The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport.
