We really enjoyed our staying in this hotel. It is a cosy family hotel. Ben and Nico & family made us feel very welcome. The room was recently renovated, and we’re glad that they kept a German touch ;) The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, fresh and there was enough choice. I’m very thankful for the fresh glutenfree sandwiches I got every morning. ☺️ Upon our arrival, we received free tickets from Ben, so we were able to freely use the public transport during our whole staying. Really practical, since there is a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the hotel. And Cochem is just a 9 minutes bus ride away. Ernst was a perfect location from which we could easily travel and visit other villages allong the Moselle region. We enjoyed our vacation and will certainly come back to this hotel!

Absolutely gorgeous garden to relax in with a cool drink provided by our host. The breakfast was beautifully prepared and presented with fresh warm baked bread rolls. Bright, clean accommodation with small balcony. Fridge provided also in room. Superb value for money. Already recommended to German friends.

The warm, friendly welcome and the fact that the owners were so kind and obliging. The breakfasts were outstanding and we would highly recommend Gasthaus Fohr.

The breakfast was of really good quality and really tasty! The owner is really professional, attentive and makes you feel at home, we loved staying there and enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from our bedroom!

Breakfast was not provided but this was reflected in the price so it was good value for money. Local supermarket and a takeaway close by as well as restaurants.

Really nice and quiet studio apartment in the middle of the village. We had wine tasting and bought good wines of the house. Breakfast was excellent and the owner is very kind. There are good restaurants in a short walk, but nearest supermarket is in the next village.

Το Gästezimmer Klein und Fein für nach dem Wein, το οποίο βρίσκεται σε Neumagen-Dhron, παρέχει θέα στο ποτάμι και δωρεάν WiFi. We were a family of 3 biking along the Mosel for 5 days. The host was readily available to help us enter the apartment and store our bikes in a secure garage. The room was large, well equipped for us to eat breakfast in the room, and large windows we could open for fresh air. Across the street from this room is the Mosel River, and the docked Roman Wine boat. We weren't in town on the day of it's public use, but it was exciting just to see it from our window! We could easily walk to the store for groceries, and the main restaurants in town are just along the same road as this lodging. This is a sleepy little town, but became my favorite of our travels just for it's peaceful setting, and somewhat natural display of it's Roman history. We would love to have stayed an extra night to enjoy the rest here.

One of the best place to stay if looking for short break. Clean, great location, exceptional service and experience. In overall outstanding place by all means, staff/ facility /comfort / and even in this period of year with amazing view – it was exactly what I was looking for. For sure I will come back again!

Everything is well thought of and designed with a lot of details and with so much love. The food is so good and you always have ice cooled water in your room. 🥰
