Bollywood Hungama OTT India Fest 2024: Prajakta Koli and Bhuvan Bam reflect on their journey on YouTube, promise to return to the platform

The Bollywood Hungama OTT Fest took place on October 3 and 4, 2024, bringing together industry luminaries to explore the dynamic landscape of India's OTT platforms. The two-day event featured a series of engaging panels where celebrities shared their insights on the evolving digital entertainment space. Among the notable discussions, Prajakta Koli and Bhuvan Bam spoke to the moderator about their decision to continue creating content on YouTube.

Both creators emphasized their deep connection with the platform, citing its role in shaping their careers and providing them with a direct link to their audience. Prajakta Koli “I was 21 when I started making content for YouTube. I am 31 now. So, obviously I am not in the same space creatively also to write the way when I was writing sketches for the first 8 years of my career as a content creator. I wanted to write, but write more. I do this I will never stop posting.”

 

Bhuvan Bam said, “I will take time. People have not seen from my side on YouTube in 9 months, which is a long time. I always said that YouTube is my home. I have walked a few steps away from my home. I have to return, and I will come back.”

 

The Bollywood Hungama OTT India Fest and India Entertainment Awards, in association with Cinema Waale Film and Television Productions LLP and Across Media Solutions, is to be held on the 3rd & 4th of October 2024 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai.
