Review of the Multi-perspective Evaluation Methods of Information Systems Equipment Facing the System Contribution Rate

Published: 20 October 2020 Publication History

Abstract

To allusion to the problem that contribution rate evaluation supporting demonstration of a new information system equipment has a wide range of disciplines, many uncertain factors, complex correlation relationship and great difficulty in research, this paper analyzes the concept connotation and evaluation significance of information system contribution rate evaluation, summarizes the commonly used evaluation perspectives of information system equipment system contribution rate, such as system function adaptability, architecture optimization, combat capability improvement, system technology progress, etc., and puts forward the evaluation methods and models of system contribution rate are from three perspectives of architecture, combat capability and operational effectiveness. This paper analyzes and summarizes the common problems existing in the evaluation method of system contribution rate, and clarifies the future research direction of the evaluation method of system contribution rate, which provides reference for the equipment evaluation work.
