This is my Pop Art inspired design history timeline. Following feedback from my peers, I increased the size of the overall design. I included space for text and highlighted the areas of the text that everyone should see. I also highlighted Pop Art as being my main movement by streamlining all other images and putting emphasis on the Pop Art image. I added new colors and a better background furthering the Pop Art feel. I toned down the bottom so that it did not overpower the rest of the images.

This is my designer timeline inspired by Saul Bass. I feel this final fits his “cut-paper” style more. I was able to get both body text and imagery into each of the bars. There was enough room for me to add dates, a headline, and a footer as well. This came out better than what I hoped. The old paper effect really gives it a timely feel and color corrects the saturation of the color scheme so that its era appropriate. I had so much fun creating this and it really pushed my stylistic boundaries.
