Lauren Taylor has worked at Boston Consulting Group since 2007. She has nearly two decades of experience using customer centricity to drive growth across industries around the world.

Lauren is currently the global leader for BCG’s Center for Customer Insight, a global team of approximately 70 experts in the latest techniques for using qualitative and quantitative customer insights to drive impact. Lauren advises clients and teams on applying deep insights and all sources of customer intelligence including new methodologies powered by AI and generative AI, to drive significant change and value creation.

In addition, Lauren leads BCG’s customer-centric sustainability and innovation business globally, as well as BCG’s proprietary Demand Centric Growth® (read “Identifying the Sources of Demand to Fuel Growth” to learn more) approach to apply customer insights to unlock portfolio growth. She is a leader with BCG’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing and Global Advantage practices and has led many efforts on growth strategy as well as organization and operating model, post-merger integration, and turnaround.
