Atlas Licensing FAQ

All of Atlas' features and functionality are moving to the Platform at Team’24!

Why? We’ve spent the last 1.5 years learning from Atlas customers. What we’ve found was that Atlas was solving a set of valuable cross-org problems by connecting the dots between who, what, when, and why. However, we were holding many Atlassian customers back from realizing this value because it was a separate product. To fix this Atlas is moving to the Atlassian Platform and becoming a set of Platform Experiences (e.g. Goals, Projects, and more) available for free.

If you are currently using Atlas nothing changes experientially. You should keep using Atlas just as you do today. In the next few months, we will help you migrate over to the new platform experience. All of your data will be migrated over and you will see all of your past and current goals, projects, teams, topics, and kudos.

If you are on a paid Atlas plan you will continue to see Atlas on your invoice, but it will be shown as free until you’ve migrated over to the new Early Access Program (EAP). If you are on an annual plan you will be receiving a concession for the remainder of your Atlas invoice shortly.

To everyone who has been using Atlas - Thank You! We’ve learned so much from you and we can’t wait to continue to improve and expand what we do for our customers. We also have a bunch of new things in the works that we are really excited about too.
