Our new Woodbury facility is now open and home to both adult and pediatric eye care. It is conveniently located on the ground floor of the City Place Medical Building, which is located at the NE corner of City Place Blvd & City Place Loop, just 1/4 mile south of I-94 on Radio Drive.

Please note that Associated Eye Care’s Call Center is open between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.

If you have an emergency or need to reach us after-hours, over a weekend, or on a holiday, please call 651-275-3000 and press to be connected to our answering service. The answering service will contact the on-call doctor who will get in touch with you directly. Thank you!
