The house’s roof inclination was 12 degrees. This caused the Velux windows to have an interior leak. Because, Velux windows need to have a minimum of 15 degrees, advised by the Velux company itself.
Our steps:
We removed the metalic tiles, around the windows.
We removed the windows.
We built new window frames, with the correct inclination.
We fitted the new Velux Windows, and we made new flashings.
We cut the metalic tiles, before we fitted the new flashings.
We fitted the metalic tiles back.
We closed off the inside of the frames that we made.
