Jennifer Lopez is saying goodbye to the block. The "Love Don't Cost a Thing" singer just listed a penthouse unit in New York City's Flatiron district, and while her love may be free, her apartment definitely isn't. The home is on the market for $27 million, according to Trulia.

The four-bed, 11-bath duplex certainly has enough space for a family, spanning 6,250 square feet. It's an exclusive location too: The building was originally built in 1924 and has just four residences in total, all with direct park views. It boasts wide-plank oak floors, marble-covered bathrooms, and a smart home system throughout. The centerpiece, though, is the kitchen, with a huge island, open hanging shelves, and a double-size wine fridge. And the interiors aren't even the best part; the unit has a total of 3,000 square feet of outdoor space.

Though J.Lo owns homes in Hidden Hills, California and Bel Air, she's reportedly house shopping with boyfriend Alex Rodriguez. The former New York Yankee is based in Coral Gables, Florida, but he's allegedly looking to get back to his city roots with the queen of the Bronx. Lopez, meanwhile, has been spending time in New York filming her television show Shades of Blue, so it makes sense that the city is where the two would ultimately settle down. Though, apparently, four bedrooms is not enough space for her twins and his two daughters to all live comfortably.

Rodriguez and Lopez have already taken several vacations together, and it's clear they love the warm weather. From the Bahamas to the French Riviera and, of course, the Dominican Republic to hang out with J.Lo's ex Marc Anthony, the couple has found the most luxurious resorts around the world. They'll have to get used to cold winters in New York if they find a joint home any time soon.
