From the Bronx to Bel Air, Jennifer Lopez has a new block to call home. After selling her Hidden Hills hideaway, Lopez has purchased a $28 million California home previously owned by actress Sela Ward and husband Howard Sherman, reports the Los Angeles Times. The interiors of the 14,000-square-foot main home have an eclectic vibe, with reclaimed materials from Mississippi and Louisiana. The living room features wood-beamed ceilings and a fireplace, and opens to an outdoor entertaining area. There’s also a kitchen with stone walls and a skylight, a formal dining room, a family room, a game room, a sunroom, and a home theater. Seven bedrooms round out the living space. Set on eight acres, the home features a lush outdoor oasis with waterfall-fed koi ponds, a pergola for dining alfresco, and an outdoor living room with a fireplace. And there are even more outdoor attractions. A swimming pool, a mini golf course, and a tiered stone amphitheater that seats 100 people ensure the most unique gatherings. And if anyone in attendance wants to stay over? The property includes two guest cottages. Though Lopez is set to move into this expansive home, she’ll always be Jenny from the block.
