The apartment, which rests in a high floor of a Park Avenue high-rise, is a stunning 4,000-square-foot space that includes three bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a sizable library. The unit also includes an enormous combination living and dining room space perfect for their two families (each has two children from their previous marriages). The master suite even includes two separate bathrooms for his-and-her privacy, as well a separate dressing room—ideal for a couple who make efforts to always look their best.
The building itself has plenty of amenities great for two incredibly busy individuals looking for a little downtime while in New York City: Residents of the building have access to a lounge, a private restaurant, a 75-foot indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, and a screening and performance venue. Outdoor space includes four terraces with breathtaking views of the city.
