Gwen Stefani has finally sold her Beverly Hills mansion after it sat on the market for almost two years. While she initially asked $35 million for the 15,000-square-foot home, the singer finally offloaded it for $21.65 million—which is $8.4 million more than what she and ex-husband Gavin Rossdale paid for it in 2006. The large profit margin is thanks, in part, to the design overhaul the Voice coach completed while living in the house.

According to reports, the pop star enlisted the help of whimsical decorator Kelly Wearstler, to outfit the seven-bedroom, 10-bath abode with eye-popping features. Starting at the entrance to the property, a black-and-white-patterned covered walkway leads to the front door, with a spherical sculpture along the way. That same marble flooring continues inside, where large complementary paintings hang on either wall of the foyer; a formal living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a hot pink couch, and a rhinoceros statue sit just beyond.

A black marble double-sided fireplace acts as the wall between the brightly colored living room and the bold formal dining room. Another large, colorful piece of art hangs on the wall here, with a sculpture perched next to more floor-to-ceiling windows that boast views of the San Fernando Valley. Elsewhere, there’s much of the same rock-star vibe, with two round white couches in another living room, black-and-white-striped walls in the kitchen, and plenty more marble and modern artwork throughout.

Even the sleeping spaces are intrepid. Each bedroom has a private, intricately designed bathroom, and the master suite has two bathrooms and dressing rooms worthy of display in a gallery. “The master suite invented the word wow, and the closets add the exclamation point,” the listing describes. “Welcome to a world of your imagination.”

While it's not clear whether the buyer will inherit Stefani's art and furniture, the home still has plenty to offer. In addition to the aforementioned elements are a movie theater, offices, a 1,500-square-foot professional gym, a guesthouse, a pool, and a sprawling lawn. Plus, the entire two-acre property sits in a guard-gated community and down a 250-foot driveway, offering plenty of privacy.
