Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”) allow you to limit the use or disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information (“SPI”). We collect SPI for the purposes of operating our business, delivering, improving, and customizing our products and/ or services we provide. The SPI we collected is limited to your email address and precise geolocation data, and we will only use the data within the purpose stated in Section 3 of the Privacy Policy, share it within the scope stated in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy, and store it within the retention period indicated in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy. If you are a California resident, you have the right to limit the use and disclosure of your SPI. You can do so freely and at any time by submitting "Data Subject Request Form" (online version) or downloading, printing and completing this “Data Subject Request Form” (hard copy version), and then posting to assigned address, and we will get back to you without undue delay.
