Congratulations, Class of 2024!

The last of Palm Beach County's 2024 graduates crossed the stage and gathered their diplomas this week as public schools closed out the 2023-24 school year. More than 100 graduates gathered at John I. Leonard for the annual mid-summer ceremony that salutes graduates from across the county's high schools who for various reasons were unable to make the traditional spring graduation ceremonies.

They are the third graduating class to turn their tassels in person since the COVID-19 pandemic struck, canceling ceremonies in 2020 and significantly curbing the "Pomp and Circumstance" events the following year. They are also the first graduating class of students who were not in high school when pandemic protocols sent students home and radically altered learning settings for years to come.
