They offered 30% discount on labor and replaced gas valve coils within 30 minutes. Prompt arrival, efficient use of time, easy to work with, more-than-fair price. I think a belt had come loose and that was the problem, but they told me the drive motor needed replaced, which was a more expensive repair than simply changing out the belt. Their writing on the invoice is not legible, so I'm having trouble reading what they actually say they did. I don't believe the motor had gone bad becuase we had replaced it a year earliershow more

Spoke through texts told them the make model of the machine and I was told they had parts showed up took machine apart vacuumed out the dust lubricated parts put back together no parts were replaced even after i pointed out the strange buzz sound machine made when pushing the start button even though the machine ran in there presence. Technician left I tried machine and it failed right away would not run. Basically I paid this money for nothing as technician failed to isolate and fix this issue in the first place thus wasting my time and forcing me to hire someone else to fix it rightshow more

We looked for A-rated appliance repair on Angies. Found Sharp Appliance was offering a $25 off deal. We called him and he was able to come out the next morning. He came withing the prescribed time frame. His first offer for price was $225. My wife negotiated him down to $180. He replaced the coil and fixed the dryer door latch (it was a little loose) all in about 20 minutes. He was courteous and professional, but the price seems high for just $20 of work. When I called him and explained the condition of my Whirlpool dryer, he asked me to text him the model number so he could order the correct parts. He also stated not to use the dryer until it is repaired because the dryer could break down at any time. Within a short time, he called first ( approximately 30 minutes) and came over to tender the repair. Working in cramped quarters, he was able to correct the faulty dryer in record time. I seriously can't say enough about Daniel's Pacific Coast Services repair service. I found him on Angi in an emergency situation early in the morning and he was fixing my washer within hours. I needed to call him out for another issue, and again, he was prompt in communicating and very punctual.
