Conrad was fabulous. His estimate was the lowest of five, gave me a written proposal and then deducted another 10% for being an Angie's List member. He and 3 of his workers showed up on time and spent the next nine hours completing the work, checking every so often to see if the work was what/how I wanted it done. Then came the surprise: 4 more of his workers appeared at job's end and proceeded to speed clean the 4 side yards of my house, even though they only worked on two sides---(when was the last (ANY) time you had a worker leave the job site cleaner than when he appeared and clean other areas in addition to the work site??!!) Arturo came to my residence on Good Friday to give me an estimate for the trimming of 3 trees and 3 bushes and to remove all debris. We agreed on the work to be done the following week. He and his crew arrived on time. Arturo and his father are very knowledgable on the work that needs to be done and will make recommendations based on what is good for the trees and not just to make money. The fellow who gave us the written proposal was punctual and professional. It was much lower than all of the other proposals and estimates that we obtained. They were able to schedule the service about 1 week after I called them to make an appointment. The crew arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They got right to work and performed the service exactly described on the proposal. They cleaned up all of the debris before they went. The equipment they competently used was very effective. The invoice was the exact same amount as the amount on their initial proposal. I am very happy with the price and the service. We called on Monday and they were able to come on Tuesday morning (New Years Eve) to provide an estimate. Juan sent back a team later in the day and the service was wonderful.. They were quick, clean and everything looks great. They were extremely nice an the service was great. We will use them again in the future. The price was reasonable as well. Juan Reyes? estimate for removal of my 97-year-old mother's huge, dead pine tree was prompt and highly competitive, and his crew was ready to do the job two working days after my approval. Their skill backing their big truck and chipper up the narrow hillside street was very impressive, and they managed to get the whole tree down in a single day, returning next morning to grind down the stump. They cleaned up the work area, including the neighbor?s gated driveway, so that it looked as if there had never been a decaying, termite-ridden tree there. Excellent. The estimate/price was comparable to previous work. The crew was professional and through in setting up the work area and in their final clean-up. At the start of the work I requested that they be as careful as possible in preventing the falling fronds from damaging the plants near the base of the trees. I called on Mon, got a very fare estimate on Tuesday and work completed on Thursday. Trimmed 4, 30' tall queen palm trees that had never been trimmed.
