Kieth Came out and treated my house for subterranean termites and repaired termite damage as well as dry rot damage. They did a great job! They finished in a timely manner. I contacted Pacific Coast Termite for a termite inspection. The termite inspector did a very thorough job carefully inspecting the exterior, interior, and basement of my house. Fortunately he did not find any signs of termite infestation so no treatment was needed. I will definitely use them again for future termite needsshow more

Was hired to do termite inspection on house before close. General inspector noted that it probably had subterranean termites. They came and tented the house. There are still termites. They came back to look and said they couldn't have known about the problem because the termites are subterranean termites. So these guys who are supposed to be termite experts know less about termites than a general house inspector. We used them in 2010 and then came out for three years to do some touch ups, even though they only had a one year warranty at the time. They are very accommodating with schedules. I called and asked them if they were one of the termite inspectors that is willing to look on a 2nd story area for termites in an area that is not visible from the ground. They told me that they would not go to an exterior area above the first floor to look for termites, so I told them not to bothershow more

Terminix inspected my property for termites (both drywood and subterranean). They gave me a quote for drywood termites and a "termite inspection and protection plan" for subterranean termites because they found no subterranean termites on the property. This was July 17, 2012. On July 27, 2012, I accepted their offer for the termite inspection and protection plan but not for the quote which covered the drywood termites. They did not honor my acceptance pending a re-inspection of the property for subterranean termites. This tells me they were not confident of their inspection on July 17th. RIchland Termite comes in to do a thorough termite inspection of your house and garage from top to bottom. If they find termite activity they then schedule another visit to eradicate the visible termites using Termidor (sp?). Although there are no guarantees that they can see all termite activity given that some areas are not visible to the naked eye, it feels good to know that we have regular inspections to hopefully prevent termites from doing major damage to our home and garage. They are very professional and responsive and appear to be extremely thorough. I've had another company come out to do inspections and the first thing they told me was to get my house tented before any treatment can happen which seemed like a scam to me.
