Upon arrival, John, the technician, was informed that we had a snake of unknown type in the fence beside the house where he would be spraying. I didn't want the snake injured, but it couldn't move. He said it was a king snake that attacks rattle snakes-a good snake! He loosened the grapestake fence so the snake could be freed. Cesar, the General Manager, came out to my property, did a thorough inspection and quoted me a fair price to eradicate both Drywood and Subterranean termites. The job was scheduled very quickly, and just three days later, Dave showed up to do the work. Dave was very professional and answered all my questions, explaining everything he was about to do. He didn’t rush through the job and really seemed to take pride in making sure everything was done right.
